Joan is a creative powerhouse with a background in Industrial Design and Design Collaboration. She has a knack for ideation and loves guiding others through the design process. With experience teaching design to students of all ages, Joan is dedicated to helping others grow and succeed. Her favorite part of the process is seeing how complexity becomes simplified through design.  

Scott is a problem-solving wizard with expertise in product production. From producing store displays to beer labels, he has a keen eye for detail and a talent for fixing just about anything. With a deep understanding of materials and a patient demeanor, Scott ensures that every project is executed to perfection. His favorite part of the process is seeing designs come to life and the joy it brings to others.
